High school teen with mega-smart parents make a 'ghost portal'...yawn.<br/><br/>I'm suscepitible to the low-brow joke, but when I noticed that during the show I had not one moment of spontaneous humor I knew that the show was doomed.<br/><br/>When you add in the transparent racial/social (race/vegan) characters the show exposes itself as a transluscent piece of crud.<br/><br/>Both thumbs down.<br/><br/>Go back to Cosmo and Spongebob. I like the idea of a kid fighting ghost with ghost powers. but its the same thing all the time, Danny's at school or home, senses a ghost near by, says the stupid saying "I'm going ghost" and then fights the ghost and traps it in a little container. it reminds me a lot of Ghostbusters which made more sense then this garbage. the ghostbusters had good villains like the Boogie Man, Sam Haine, the Peoplebusters, while Danny Phantom fights the same ghost over and over so if you like the idea of a Ghost-Busting cartoon then watch either The Real Ghostbusters or Extreme Ghostbusters! Danny Phantom just downright brings the ghost busting idea to shame, they could of done better with this show. so i say this...if you want someone to save you from ghosts and demons you know who to call...GHOSTBUSTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
